At about 11:00 a.m. on July 24, Ms. Tran Thi Anh M., born in 1996, residing in Pom Han ward, Lao Cai city, was driving a car with license plate 24A-167.XX in the direction from Yen Bai to Lao Cai. When she reached Km118+300, National Highway 70, in Pho Rang town, Bao Yen district, she had an accident and plunged into a negative slope (with water).

Fortunately, the accident did not cause any casualties; the car was damaged.

Immediately after the accident, the traffic police force of Bao Yen District Police was present at the scene, carried out rescue work, investigated and resolved according to regulations.
