100 union officials trained on digital transformation

Training topic on applying digital transformation in the activities of the Union

On August 4, the Youth Union of Hai Duong Provincial Agencies organized a training course to improve professional skills in Youth Union work for grassroots Youth Union officials in 2023.

100 Youth Union officials, including Secretaries, Deputy Secretaries, Executive Committee members of affiliated Youth Union organizations, and outstanding Youth Union members, were trained in 3 topics: the role of Youth Union officials in applying digital transformation to advise on the implementation of political tasks at agencies and units; the work of deploying and implementing Youth Union member tasks on the Youth Union member management software system and skills in organizing collective activities and teamwork.

The training course aims to improve the quality of grassroots Youth Union cadres, build a strong Youth Union organization, and meet the requirements of Youth Union work and youth movements in the new situation.
