139 students are exempted from high school graduation exam and admitted directly to university

The Ministry of Education and Training has just issued Official Dispatch No. 2358/BGDĐT-QLCL on exemption from the high school graduation exam and direct admission to universities and colleges in 2024.

According to this document, in the exam to select high school students for national teams to compete in international and regional Olympics in 2024, 139 grade 12 students participated in the exam.

The Ministry of Education and Training requests that the Departments of Education and Training exempt the 2024 High School Graduation Exam according to the provisions of Clause 1, Article 36 of Consolidated Document No. 01/VBHN-BGDĐT dated April 22, 2024 of the Minister of Education and Training for candidates whose names are on the list.

Universities, academies, colleges and junior colleges shall conduct direct admission to universities and colleges in 2024 according to the provisions of Clause 2, Article 8 of the Regulations on university and college admissions for Preschool Education issued together with Circular No. 08/2022/TT-GDĐT dated June 6, 2022 of the Minister of Education and Training for candidates whose names are on the list.

According to this list, Math has 30 students, Physics has 30 students, Chemistry has 25 students, Biology has 27 students, and Computer Science has 27 students.
