The Gau Tao Festival of the Mong people in Lao Cai was recognized as a National Intangible Cultural Heritage by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in Decision No. 5079/QD-BVHTTDL dated December 27, 2012. The Dao people's Cap sac ritual was recognized as a National Intangible Cultural Heritage by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism on December 27, 2012 in Decision No. 5079/QD-BVHTTDL.
The Then singing ritual of the Tay people was recognized as a National Intangible Cultural Heritage on December 27, 2012, according to Decision No. 5079/QD-BVHTTDL. The Roong Pooc (Going to the Field) Festival of the Giay people in Ta Van commune, Sa Pa town was included in the list of National Intangible Cultural Heritage by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in Decision No. 3820/QD-BVHTTDL dated October 31, 2013. The Put Tong Festival of the Red Dao people was included in the list of National Intangible Cultural Heritage in Decision No. 3820/QD-BVHTTDL dated October 31, 2013. The silver carving craft of the Mong people was recognized as a National Intangible Cultural Heritage in Decision No. 3820/QD-BVHTTDL, dated October 31, 2013. The tug of war ritual of the Tay - Giay community was included in the list of National Intangible Cultural Heritage by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in Decision No. 2684/QD-BVHTTDL, dated August 25, 2014.
The drum making profession of the Dao people was included in the list of National Intangible Cultural Heritage by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in Decision No. 257/QD-BVHTTDL, dated January 21, 2020. The decorative art on Red Dao costumes was recognized as a National Intangible Cultural Heritage in Decision No. 2738/QD-BVHTTDL, dated September 30, 2020. The silver carving craft of the Dao people was included in the list of National Intangible Cultural Heritage by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in Decision No. 266/QD-BVHTTDL, dated January 30, 2018. The decorative art on Xa Pho people's costumes was included in the list of National Intangible Cultural Heritage by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in Decision No. 4205/QD-BVHTTDL, dated December 19, 2014. The worship painting profession of the Red Dao people was recognized as a National Intangible Cultural Heritage in Decision No. 825/QD-BVHTTDL, dated March 9, 2021.
