Immediately, the entire force of the station was present at the scene, coordinating with A Doi Commune Police and local forces to focus on controlling the fire and moving some assets to a safe place.

However, due to strong southwest winds, the fire broke out very quickly. According to information provided by Ms. Ho Thi Thum, the fire started from the area where the TV cabinet was placed on the family's stilt house.

The fire burned down the house and kitchen of Ms. Thum and her husband and spread to the house of Mr. Ho Van Thuong (born 2000), who lives in the same village and is Mr. Roi's younger brother.
