Lieutenant Colonel Dinh Quang Duyen, Political Commissar of Ba Tang Border Post, said: “After investigation from the family and the scene, the preliminary cause was determined to be an electrical short circuit. Currently, the authorities continue to investigate and clarify the cause of the fire.”
