According to the Ministry of Industry and Trade , the industrialization process goes through four levels: assembly; manufacturing with own techniques (Own Engineering Manufacturing - OEM); manufacturing with own design (Own Design Manufacturing - ODM) and the highest level is manufacturing with own brand (Own Brand Manufacturing - OBM).

Advanced comprehensive OEM manufacturing model
Not stopping at the role of processing according to orders, the group has shifted to providing "All-in-one" package solutions according to the comprehensive design - production model, accompanying partners from the idea stage to the formation of finished ODM/OBM products.
In particular, the group invests in a modern R&D Center to serve product research and development, flexible customization from drawings to products, and provides a fast DFM (Design for Manufacturing) process to meet customers' specific requirements.
The Group provides full design, machining, shaping, welding, painting, assembly services... from details to detail clusters, machinery, equipment, products requiring high precision, complex technical and technological requirements, helping customers save time, costs, proactively control progress and product quality.
For semi-trailer products, from only participating in processing details and detail clusters, the group has gradually upgraded technology, mastered the research, design and production process of finished products with diverse configurations under the Thaco Trailers brand.
The products meet international standards and are exported to markets such as Korea, Japan, Thailand, Myanmar, USA, Canada, Mexico, Australia, Philippines, etc.

Expanding exports, connecting globally
Thaco Industries is currently an OEM supplier of components and equipment for many global brands in the automotive, industrial and civil sectors. Its products are present in more than 20 countries, including many markets with strict technical and quality standards.
In 2025, in addition to promoting exports to existing markets, the group will also research and expand to potential markets such as Arabia, Italy, Philippines, Taiwan, etc., while developing R&D activities in each industry group, applying design, simulation and testing software systems according to international standards.
