Vinfast officially opens sales of VF7 model in Indonesia

On July 23, VinFast officially introduced and opened for sale the VF 7, a pure electric SUV in the C-segment with a left-hand drive version in the Indonesian market. This is VinFast's fifth model in the market, consolidating its position as the car company with the most diverse pure electric product range. With a liberal design, modern technology, outstanding performance and good price, VF 7 is positioned as an ideal choice for urban users in Indonesia.

In the third market where VF 7 is present, VinFast opens for sale two versions VF 7 Eco and VF 7 Plus.

In Indonesia, the VinFast VF 7 Eco version has a listed price of IDR 499 million (including battery), the Plus version has a listed price of IDR 599 million (including battery). The special preferential price will be applied to the first 200 customers to receive the car, or customers who receive the car before September 1, 2025 (whichever comes first), with a price of IDR 468 million for the Eco version and IDR 568 million for the Plus version.

The company also offers free charging until March 1, 2028 at VinFast charging stations operated by global charging station developer V-GREEN. Similar to other VinFast electric car models, VF 7 will be subject to segment-leading after-sales policies, including a 10-year or 200,000 km warranty (whichever comes first).

Customers can order the VF 7 at VinFast dealership showrooms nationwide, or at VinFast's booth at the Gaikindo Indonesia International Auto Show (GIIAS) 2025, open to the public from July 24 to August 3. It is expected that the first VF 7s will be delivered to Indonesian customers by VinFast this year.

VinFast also offers many attractive incentive programs at the GIIAS 2025 exhibition. With the latest car model VF 7, the first 125 customers who order at the GIIAS 2025 event will receive a voucher worth 7,000,000 IDR to buy airline tickets at the website Ticket.com (gift given at the time of car delivery).

Meanwhile, customers who buy VF 3 will receive an accessory upgrade voucher worth up to IDR 5,000,000 and customers who buy VF 5 will receive an alloy wheel upgrade. For VF e34 and VF 6, customers who order will receive a travel voucher worth up to IDR 6,000,000.

Both versions of VF 7 introduced in Indonesia this time possess the design language "Asymmetrical Universe" written by the famous studio Torino Design (Italy), embodying freedom, technology, fashion and personality.

The car stands out with VinFast's signature wing-shaped LED strip lights at the front and rear of the car, creating an unmistakable identity. The coupe-style hood, along with large wheel arches and 19-inch alloy wheels, contribute to a strong and sporty appearance.

With optimal dimensions (length 4,545mm, wheelbase 2,840mm, width 1,890mm, height 1,635.75mm and ground clearance 190mm), VF 7 has a spacious and airy interior with high-quality leather seats. The car's interior is designed towards the driver, with outstanding highlights such as a 12.9-inch touch screen entertainment screen, a head-up display system, a unique two-tone D-cut steering wheel and a set of gearshift buttons designed delicately like piano keys.

In terms of operation, the VinFast VF 7 Plus version is equipped with two electric motors with a total maximum capacity of up to 260 kW (equivalent to 349 horsepower), maximum torque of 500 Nm, and a full-time two-wheel drive system, making this model one of the most powerful machines in the segment. Combined with a 70.8 kWh battery pack, the car can travel a maximum distance of up to 471 km / full charge (according to NEDC standards).

Meanwhile, the VF 7 Eco version is equipped with an electric motor with a maximum capacity of 130 kW (equivalent to 174 horsepower), maximum torque of 250 Nm and a battery pack with a capacity of 59.6 kWh, with a maximum driving range of 430 km/full charge (according to NEDC standards).
