According to the agreement, LPBank will work with APED and international partners to build and operate the Dual Transformation Center , the first public-private partnership model in Vietnam aiming at digital transformation in parallel with green transformation. The center is organized in a “two-tier” structure: at the national level, the center located at the Ministry of Finance plays the role of coordinating policies, data and international cooperation; while at the industry and local levels, satellite centers directly deploy consulting, training, technology transfer and business support.

LPBank's selection as a banking partner of the Dual Transformation Center is a recognition of its continuous efforts in developing digital transformation and green credit over the years. Accordingly, LPBank always focuses on investing in digital transformation to improve customer experience and operational efficiency. The bank has cooperated with Temenos to deploy the modern T24 Corebanking system , helping to automate business processes, optimize data management and bring a comprehensive digital banking experience to customers.
The Kondor Treasury project in cooperation with Finastra also helps LPBank digitize its asset and liquidity management activities, thereby increasing operational efficiency and reducing risks. Recently, LPBank also launched a smart multi-channel call center using artificial intelligence (AI) to automatically recognize voices and serve customers 24/7, marking a step forward in transforming the customer experience.
The bank has launched the LPBank Biz platform for corporate customers, and comprehensively upgraded the LPBank application, adding many new features such as online digital service registration, investment portfolio management, flexible online savings, etc., bringing a more modern and convenient experience to customers.
Along with the digitalization strategy, LPBank also focuses on investing in developing green credit packages to support businesses. In the first 6 months of 2025, LPBank's total green credit balance reached VND 7,789 billion. Of which, VND 7,310 billion was allocated to renewable energy projects and VND 479 billion for green agriculture. These figures clearly demonstrate LPBank's orientation in turning "green finance" into a long-term development pillar, while supporting Vietnamese businesses to meet international ESG standards.
