
Leaders of the An Giang Provincial Women's Union and the Hon Dat Commune Party Committee presented the decision and flowers to congratulate the Executive Committee of the Hon Dat Commune Women's Union for the 2025-2030 term.
The Congress announced the decision of the Standing Committee of the An Giang Provincial Women's Union to appoint 29 comrades to the Executive Committee of the Hon Dat Commune Women's Union for the 2025-2030 term. Ms. Dinh Thi Phuong Lan was appointed to the position of President of the Hon Dat Commune Women's Union for the 2025-2030 term.

During the period 2021-2025, the Women's Union of Hon Dat commune established cooperative models, helping 4 women's households escape poverty and near-poverty each year; supporting 32 women in starting businesses and achieving 100% of the target. The Union directed all 25/25 hamlet branches to coordinate with or register with the Party branch to undertake one project/task contributing to the construction of a new rural commune and a civilized urban area.
The Women's Union of Hon Dat commune has established four models of production development cooperatives and associations, providing resource support through entrusted loan capital from banks. To date, the union has received entrusted funds from the Social Policy Bank, with a total outstanding loan balance of 69 billion VND for 1,666 households; it has also coordinated vocational training and job placement for 5,000 members to work in companies and factories inside and outside the province, creating regular employment for approximately 3,000 local members.
The association maintains financial support activities to help women develop their family economies through savings, capital pooling, and savings emulation movements. To date, the amount of savings has reached over 3.8 billion VND. Many savings models have been implemented by members at the branch and group levels, such as: saving money in piggy banks, capital pooling, etc. These models have helped more than 900 poor and disadvantaged women improve their lives.

During the 2025-2030 term, the Women's Union of Hon Dat commune strives to annually help 10 households with women escape multidimensional poverty and near-poverty; support one business owned by a woman to register and convert into an enterprise; and mobilize and support 20 families to achieve the criteria of "5 essentials, 3 clean aspects". The Union registers and implements 2 projects/tasks.
Each year, each Women's Union branch organizes or co-organizes at least one activity to raise awareness and capacity regarding the development of science , technology, innovation, and national digital transformation for officials, members, and women.
By the end of the term, the Women's Union of the commune strives to ensure that 90% of victims of domestic violence and gender-based violence are identified and have access to at least one basic support service; and that 100% of female members and girls who are victims of domestic violence or returning victims of human trafficking are identified and have access to at least one social assistance service...
