The Ministry's Office regularly monitors, supervises and evaluates the implementation of administrative procedures after promulgation; promptly detects and amends regulations and administrative procedures that are no longer suitable and hinder the development of enterprises and business households; improves the effectiveness of consultation with subjects affected by regulations on administrative procedures and business conditions under the Ministry's management; synthesizes and transfers to relevant units for research, acceptance, full explanation and publicization of the acceptance and explanation of comments on administrative procedures and business conditions.

The Legal Department strictly controls the assessment of the impact of administrative procedures, reviews and evaluates business conditions in projects and draft legal documents; improves the quality of appraisal of administrative procedure regulations in draft legal documents under the authority of the Ministry; develops, submits to the Government for promulgation and promulgates under its authority draft Decrees and draft Circulars on amending, supplementing, replacing and abolishing administrative procedure regulations related to production and business activities under the management of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism to ensure the approved schedule.
For units assigned to implement administrative procedures, it is necessary to strictly collect opinions from the Ministry's Office (the unit performing administrative procedure control) on regulations on administrative procedures in draft legal documents; strictly assess the impact of administrative procedures, review and evaluate business conditions in projects and draft legal documents; improve the effectiveness of consulting with affected subjects on regulations on administrative procedures and business conditions under the management scope of the unit, research, receive, fully and publicly explain the reception and explanation of comments on administrative procedures and business conditions; seriously, qualitatively and on time implement approved plans to reduce and simplify administrative procedures and business conditions; proactively review to reduce and simplify administrative procedures and business conditions in the process of developing and promulgating legal documents; promptly, fully and accurately announce and publicize administrative procedures on the national database on administrative procedures.
In addition, the Center for Digital Transformation of Culture, Sports and Tourism focuses on completing the construction of specialized databases and putting them into operation, connecting with national databases that meet the requirements of "correct, sufficient, clean, live, unified, shared" data, connecting and sharing complete data in real time with the National Public Service Portal, the Ministry's Administrative Procedure Processing Information System to reduce and simplify administrative procedures and deploy online public services based on data; Speeding up the progress of completing the restructuring of processes, providing online public services in accordance with the goals and requirements of Plan No. 02-KH/BCĐTW dated June 19, 2025 of the Central Steering Committee on science and technology development, innovation and digital transformation, guidance of the Government Office , especially administrative procedures for enterprises and administrative procedures under the jurisdiction of provincial and commune levels.
