Specifically, on the morning of October 23, the temperature in Mau Son area ( Lang Son ) was only about 9 degrees Celsius, down more than 1 degree Celsius compared to October 22.

Meanwhile, the temperature in Sa Pa ( Lao Cai ) this morning was 13 degrees Celsius, down more than 2 degrees Celsius compared to October 21.

In Hanoi , the temperature this morning is only about 18 degrees Celsius, cold, down 3-4 degrees Celsius compared to the day before.

High points such as Sin Ho (Lai Chau), Dong Van (Tuyen Quang), Tam Dao (Phu Tho), Moc Chau (Son La), Pha Din (Dien Bien)... the temperature on the morning of October 23 also decreased to 13-15 degrees Celsius.

Cold air has also affected the Central region. Temperatures in Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Ha Tinh this morning are 18-19 degrees Celsius, and in Quang Tri 21 degrees Celsius.

The US website Accuweather predicts that from the afternoon of October 23 to the end of October 24, the temperature in Hanoi will fluctuate between 20-24 degrees Celsius.

According to the hydrometeorological agency, from October 23 to 24, there will be rain in some places in the Northern region, Thanh Hoa and Nghe An. The night and morning will be cold, especially in the mountainous areas.

Ha Tinh - Quang Ngai area has heavy rain and thunderstorms, especially the area from South Quang Tri to Da Nang has heavy to very heavy rain.

From the night of October 24 to November 1, the North, Thanh Hoa and Nghe An will have rain in some places at night and sunny during the day. The night and morning will be cold, and some mountainous areas will be freezing.

Also during this time, the area from Ha Tinh to Quang Ngai will have moderate rain, heavy rain and thunderstorms, locally very heavy rain. During thunderstorms, there is a possibility of tornadoes, lightning, hail and strong gusts of wind.
