On October 22, the Vietnam Federation of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) held the award ceremony for the title "Outstanding Vietnamese Businesswoman - Golden Rose" in 2025.
This is a national title, organized by VCCI in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Emulation and Commendation 2022, with a review cycle of every 5 years. This title aims to honor female entrepreneurs with outstanding achievements in production and business and many positive contributions to the socio-economic development of the country.

Ms. Ngo Thu Ha - General Director of Saigon - Hanoi Commercial Joint Stock Bank (SHB) - is in the top 10 female entrepreneurs honored at this year's award ceremony.

Ms. Ngo Thu Ha, born in 1973, is a PhD in Economics and a member of CPA Australia with 31 years of experience working in the finance and banking sector. She joined SHB in 2008 and was appointed General Director from September 2022.
At SHB, Ms. Ngo Thu Ha has held many important positions in the bank's business operations, contributing to SHB's remarkable development, becoming a leading financial institution in Vietnam, reaching regional and international levels.
SHB is currently in the Top 5 largest private commercial banks in Vietnam in terms of charter capital, “Top 10 most prestigious private commercial banks in Vietnam” (according to Vietnam Report), and “Top 200 largest enterprises in Southeast Asia” announced by Fortune Magazine (USA).
Personally, Ms. Ngo Thu Ha has received many certificates of merit and awards from domestic and international organizations, including the "Outstanding Asian Entrepreneur 2024" award honored by Enterprise Asia.
