Between October 6th and the afternoon of October 22nd, 2025 alone, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the city received a total of nearly 29 billion VND from organizations, units, and individuals through bank transfers and cash donations. This demonstrates the sense of responsibility and sharing of collectives and individuals with the community, society, and those severely affected by natural disasters, storms, and floods.

With heartfelt compassion and mutual support, many units, groups, and individuals have actively donated and contributed, such as: the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Fatherland Front Committee of Chuong My ward with 600 million VND; the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Phu Nghia commune with nearly 270 million VND; the Party Committee, People's Council, and People's Committee of Hoan Kiem ward with over 125 million VND;... Notably, the officials and people of Dong Da ward have contributed 2 billion VND.

Receiving support from individuals and organizations, the Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hanoi City, Nguyen Lan Huong, and the Vice-Chairwomen of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hanoi City respectfully thanked the organizations, businesses, and individuals for their concern, companionship, and sharing with the people of Hanoi and the people of the provinces affected by the storms and floods.

The leaders of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the city emphasized that this valuable support is a great source of encouragement, helping the people in the affected areas to overcome difficulties, restore production, and stabilize their lives. The city's Fatherland Front Committee is committed to using the support funds openly, transparently, for the right purpose, to the right beneficiaries, and in a timely manner.

Previously, with the approval of the Standing Committee of the Hanoi City Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hanoi City made a timely decision to allocate 115 billion VND from the city's relief fund to support the people of 14 provinces in overcoming the damage caused by typhoons No. 10 and 11. This support from Hanoi City demonstrates the spirit of "Hanoi for the whole country, Hanoi together with the whole country," joining hands to help people quickly stabilize their lives and rebuild after the natural disaster.
