Attending the ceremony were comrades: Vo Van Dung - Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department; Nguyen Duc Thanh - Permanent Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province; Nguyen Huu Le - Deputy Director of the Department of Health ; Vi Ngoc Quynh - Deputy Director of the Department of Home Affairs; Hoang Van Minh - Director of Social Insurance Region VII; representatives of the leaders of Nghe An Provincial Electronic Information Portal, representing the collectives and individuals who won the contest.
The online contest "Learning about the Law on Social Insurance, the Law on Health Insurance and Unemployment Insurance" was organized by the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department, the Social Insurance of Region VII in coordination with the Nghe An Provincial Electronic Information Portal. The contest started from 8:00 a.m. on May 26, 2025 to 8:00 a.m. on June 23, 2025. After 4 weeks of competition, with careful and methodical preparation, the contest was a great success.
Accordingly, the contest received 121,449 entries. On average, 62.56% of entries achieved the maximum score. 75.56% of units and localities in the province participated in the contest (out of a total of 123 units monitored by the Organizing Committee).
Contestants participating in the contest come from many different groups such as: Provincial and district-level officials, civil servants, and public employees; employees at enterprises, freelance workers, and students at universities, colleges, and intermediate schools in the province. The contest also attracted the participation of employees at enterprises and freelance workers in other localities. Some active units with a high number of contestants and good test quality, maintained relatively uniformity, including: The block of officials, civil servants, and public employees of the Department of Health, Social Insurance of Region VII, the Provincial Police, the Border Guard Command, Thanh Chuong District, Tuong Duong District, Do Luong District, Nghia Dan District, Vinh City; the block of employees at enterprises, freelance workers, and high school students of Do Luong District, Nghia Dan District, Vinh City.
At the end of the competition, the Organizing Committee awarded 44 individual prizes (7 contestants won 2 prizes or more) and 4 collective prizes to 4 units.
