How to do it: Kneel on the mat, with all 10 toes firmly planted on the mat. Lean to the right, using your right hand to touch or grasp the sole of your right foot, then do the same with your left, then tilt your head back, exhaling. Try to keep your arms straight and put pressure on your arms, while leaning forward so that your thighs are perpendicular to the floor at a 90-degree angle. Hold the position for 10-20 seconds, then return to the starting position.

If your body is flexible enough, you can use your hands to support your waist, then lean back and put your hands on the floor.
