600 farmers trained in fertilizer use methods

Bac Ninh Employment Service Center No. 2 has just coordinated with Lam Thao Superphosphate and Chemical Joint Stock Company to organize 10 training courses to guide the process of using NPK fertilizer in a closed cycle for 600 farmers in the communes and wards of Trung Chinh, Dong Cuu, Nhan Hoa, and Kinh Bac.

At the training courses, experts from Lam Thao Superphosphate and Chemical Joint Stock Company conveyed basic information about the techniques of using high-content fertilizers on current crops; the role and effects of each type of fertilizer; how to use fertilizers effectively and environmentally friendly, contributing to improving crop productivity and agricultural product quality.

Participants in the training course are also equipped with basic knowledge about fertilizing according to the "4 rights" principle: Right type, right dosage, right time and right method; methods to distinguish fake fertilizers and poor quality fertilizers to optimize nutritional efficiency, help plants grow well, increase productivity and quality of agricultural products, while saving costs and protecting the soil environment.

At the same time, students were also given the opportunity to discuss and answer farmers' questions about choosing and using fertilizers by the Company's experts.

Through the training program, farmers are helped to raise awareness about the application of science and technology in production, thereby improving investment efficiency, reducing production costs, and increasing income.
