(BLC) - On May 12, Lai Chau City Police organized a training course on law and professional skills on security and order protection, building the movement of All People Protecting National Security (ANTQ) for the Civil Defense Force (BVDP) in 2023.

The training course was attended by 85 comrades who are heads, deputy heads, group leaders, deputy group leaders, and members of residential groups and villages in 5 wards in the city. The trainees learned 3 topics: Dissemination and propaganda work to raise vigilance, awareness of law compliance, crime prevention, social evils and law violations for the people of the People's Protection Force; Some basic issues on administrative management of social order related to the activities of the People's Protection Force; Participation in management, education of subjects and mobilizing subjects to surrender by the People's Protection Force.

In addition to studying documents, students also listen to reports on the actual situation in the area, combine discussions and exchange practical experiences; raise difficulties, problems, shortcomings and make recommendations; and write a summary.

Speaking at the training course on law and professional skills, Lieutenant Colonel Tran Thi Thanh - Deputy Head of the City Police emphasized: The organization of lecture content must be linked to local realities; focus on guiding and improving skills in collecting and processing information; resolving incidents related to security and order (ANTT), building a mass movement to protect ANTQ at the grassroots level. Pay attention to providing specific situations and examples to illustrate the lecture. It is recommended that lecturers promote active teaching methods, modern equipment, enthusiasm and responsibility in imparting knowledge to students. Students promote the highest sense of responsibility, absorb the content of the training course to apply in practice.
