According to a report conducted by Deloitte, 93% of Vietnamese businesses have applied at least one AI tool to communicate and approach customers, showing a high level of readiness to accept technological innovation; the average return on advertising spend (ROAS) increased by 15% compared to 2022.
Assessing this as the highest number in the region and the world, at the Meta Marketing Summit 2025 event, Meta officially introduced a series of new AI solutions to continue supporting Vietnamese businesses to expand their growth potential in the digital economy.

As of Q4 2024, Meta said that more than 4 million advertisers globally were using at least one of its AI ad creation tools. A new study conducted in early 2024 found that advertisers in the Asia-Pacific region achieved an average return on ad spend (ROAS) of $3.47 for every $1 spent on advertising on Meta’s platform, up 15% from 2022.
To further explain this, Mr. Benjamin Joe, Vice President of Southeast Asia at Meta, shared the story of Co Mem HomeLab. The Vietnamese natural cosmetics brand applied Meta's advanced AI advertising solution, thereby increasing the number of orders from Meta's platforms by 1.4 times, reducing the cost per order by 30%, and increasing ROAS (return on advertising spend) by 1.4 times.
Another example is the virtual legal assistant developed by Viettel, using GenAI and operating on Meta's Llama 3.3 (70B) platform, which has changed the way legal information is accessed via the web and mobile devices. This AI model helps employees look up legal documents more accurately and quickly, saving about 30% of the time compared to before.

With AI support, each product will be distributed to the right potential audience based on usage habits on the platform. Recently, Meta also launched the video editing application Edits with many AI features to support simpler and more cost-effective content production for sellers.
Also at the event, Meta announced the launch of its own Meta AI app, a separate AI app powered by the Llama 4 model, opening up a more personalized AI experience. Users can now have a seamless conversation with Meta AI in a separate app, with a Discover Feed that allows them to discover and share commands that aid their creative process.
