More than a year after giving birth to her second child, Tu Anh suddenly reappeared with an energetic image on the sports field. She is one of many artists who accepted to participate in the pickleball tournament "Dan Tri 20 years - Bright new day" taking place on July 5-6 in Hanoi .
Participating in this pickleball tournament, runner-up Tu Anh said she will compete with all her might and hopes to achieve good results in the mixed doubles event. Not only that, she also sees this as a journey of recovery and spreading positive inspiration.
Currently, the 2012 Miss Vietnam runner-up is actively practicing with her teammates to prepare for the competition day.
Determined to conquer the Dan Tri pickleball tournament

Runner-up Tu Anh is actively practicing for the pickleball tournament "Dan Tri 20 years - Bright new day".
Although known for her gentle and neat appearance, Tu Anh surprised everyone when she appeared on the training ground with a competitive spirit full of energy and not afraid to sweat. She showed a completely different version: proactive, decisive and constantly breaking through in every pass.
Attending a large-scale sporting event for the first time, Tu Anh could not hide her excitement and nervousness. “I am very happy and honored to be invited by Dan Tri newspaper to participate in the tournament. Although I am new to pickleball, I still set a goal to try my best. If I am lucky enough to achieve a positive result, it will be a great motivation for me to continue pursuing this sport,” Tu Anh shared.
At this tournament, Tu Anh registered to compete in the mixed doubles category of Dan Tri & Friends . She said she is still practicing regularly every day to improve her technique and physical strength. Although she does not have a specific strategy, she believes that concentration and team spirit will help her compete effectively.
"I don't have any complicated tactics, I just simply practice hard to get the best feel of the field on competition day," the beauty expressed.

Pickleball is a fairly new sport in Vietnam, but for Tu Anh, this was an unexpected opportunity to help her find her love of exercise after giving birth.
“My first impression is that this sport is very easy to understand and approach. Even a newbie like me can still play and feel excited right from the first time. What I find interesting is that this sport is suitable for all genders and all ages. That is why not only me but also my friends around me quickly fell in love with it,” Tu Anh said.
Tu Anh started playing pickleball after giving birth to her second child, but she never expected that this sport would become an important part of her journey to regaining her health.
“At first, I just played to release energy and improve my fitness. After giving birth, I was often sick, even having to go to the hospital quite often. But since I started playing pickleball, I feel my body getting healthier. I am no longer tired, no longer sick. More importantly, my spirit has become happier, I feel like I have been reborn,” the beauty said.

Tu Anh maintains her health and positive energy by practicing pickleball.
For Tu Anh, pickleball is not only a sport but also a method of healing both physically and mentally. In her current life, most of her time is spent taking care of her two young children. However, she still sets aside time for pickleball as a way to recharge and stay positive.
“Before, I was not a sports lover. But since playing pickleball, I feel healthier, younger and more proactive in taking time for myself. Even though I am busy, I still maintain a regular exercise routine and feel myself changing every day,” Tu Anh shared.
With an enthusiastic sportsmanship, Tu Anh also sent her best wishes to the athletes and readers of Dan Tri newspaper : “I hope everyone, whether competing or watching, will keep their spirits up and stay healthy to fully enjoy the exciting atmosphere of the tournament. Let's compete with all our might, play with all our might and together spread the spirit of pickleball with "Dan Tri 20 years - Bright new days".
Become a "relaxed mom"

Tu Anh calls herself "a relaxed mom".
As a mother of two young children, Tu Anh has to deal with a busy schedule and a lot of pressure from taking care of her family. However, with the support of her grandparents and experience from her first child, she said everything is now much easier and more balanced.
She calls herself a “relaxed mom” with a simple but effective life principle: work scientifically and keep a relaxed spirit.
“I am not too perfectionist. I usually arrange everything according to my child's personality and schedule so that everything becomes harmonious. When the mother is happy, the whole family is happy," the beauty shared. Currently, Tu Anh's work is mainly related to communication activities, light events and cooperation with mother and baby brands.
Instead of returning to showbiz with a busy schedule, she chose a flexible development direction to prioritize her family.

Tu Anh is prioritizing her family instead of showbiz activities.
“I have been in showbiz for 12 years and am very grateful that my image is still loved by many brands, especially mother and baby brands. However, my top priority right now is to take good care of my two children.
When I have time, I still participate in programs and events with positive and humane messages. But the most important thing for me right now is knowing how to arrange my time reasonably and keeping my spirit comfortable," said runner-up Tu Anh.
As a mother, Tu Anh sends a message to young mothers who are trying to balance their career and vocation: “Each person will have their own way of taking care of their children, there is no common model. In my experience, don’t be too perfectionist, but be flexible according to your child’s schedule and personality.
In particular, mothers should remember to take time for themselves to avoid stress or losing themselves. Only when the mother is happy, the baby will be happy."
