Thanks to that, Agribank Dak Lak Branch has successfully completed the assigned tasks in 2024. Some important targets have been completed and exceeded, such as outstanding loans to the economy growing by 9.3% compared to the end of 2023 (exceeding the assigned plan). In particular, outstanding loans to agriculture and rural areas account for 63% of total outstanding loans; bad debt is lower than the assigned plan. The remaining targets including: mobilized capital, service revenue, debt collection, risk handling, finance and provisioning have all been completed.
Agribank Dak Lak Branch is determined to successfully achieve its business target for 2025. Accordingly, outstanding credit growth will be at least 12% compared to 2024; in which outstanding agricultural and rural loans account for about 70% of total outstanding credit. Maximum focus and highest effort will be made to fully complete the remaining targets such as mobilized capital, bad debt on the balance sheet, debt collection and risk handling, service revenue, financial plan, and risk provisioning.
According to the representative of Agribank Dak Lak Branch, to achieve the above goal, the unit will operate proactively and flexibly, closely combining with the mechanism of business planning and internal capital management to balance capital safely and effectively, promote business activities, and increase financial capacity. Along with that, the unit assigns specific planning targets and contracts at least periodically every month to 100% of affiliated departments and employees; associated with salary and bonus payments, task completion assessments, emulation and rewards, implementation of personnel policies and other mechanisms according to Agribank's regulations, considering this an effective tool in the implementation process to improve operational efficiency, ensuring comprehensive completion of assigned business plan targets.
For credit work, strongly change the mindset in the relationship with borrowers in the spirit of granting credit as a special form of service provision, determining the outstanding debt target as a legal target and a mandatory task to be completed.
Continue to implement solutions to promote credit growth associated with growth in the number of customers, ensuring substantial and sustainable growth.
Proactively approach customers to provide information about products, credit programs, and preferential policies; maintain the level and apply lending interest rate policies to ensure competitiveness, increase the number of new borrowers, maintain the market, credit market share, ensure the financial interests of the unit and business efficiency.
Seriously, actively and responsibly implement newly issued credit programs for individual customers, corporate customers and credit programs under the direction of the Government and the State Bank of Vietnam.
Focus on lending to production and business sectors, priority sectors, and strictly control sectors with potential risks. Effectively exploit local economic profiles, build credit orientations according to customer groups, sectors/sectors in accordance with the socio-economic characteristics of the locality.
Adjust the proportion of rural agricultural loans and medium and long-term loans in accordance with the orientation of the head office.
