(Chinhphu.vn) - More than 130 professional investors and leading financial institutions, including securities companies, investment funds, banks, financial press, domestic and international partners participated in the strategic dialogue event with financial institutions and professional investors (AgriS Stakeholder Meeting 2025). The event was organized by Thanh Thanh Cong-Bien Hoa Joint Stock Company (AgriS) on October 10 in Ho Chi Minh City.

Attracting sustainable capital flows for high-yield agriculture

The event is part of a series of annual strategic dialogues organized by AgriS, aiming to strengthen connections with the capital market, promote information transparency and build a foundation for long-term cooperation between businesses and the investment community.

Speaking at the event, Mr. Nguyen Duc Hung Linh, Deputy General Director in charge of investment at AgriS, emphasized the importance of establishing strategic partnerships with financial institutions, aiming to "shape sustainable capital flows for Vietnamese agriculture".

The capital market is not only a financial resource, but also a platform to promote cooperation, innovation and expand growth limits. AgriS wishes to become a model of a modern, transparent listed enterprise with international competitiveness and oriented towards sustainable development values. "We are looking for partners with the same vision and belief in a modern, efficient production system that is deeply integrated with the international market," Mr. Linh emphasized.

Representatives of AgriS's Board of Directors announced the business results for the 2024-2025 fiscal year with consolidated net revenue reaching VND 28,482 billion, exceeding the annual plan by 9%. Profit before tax reached VND 950 billion, exceeding the plan by 6%. Profit after tax reached VND 834 billion, growing by nearly 4% over the same period, continuing to maintain the sugar industry's market share of 46%.

A notable highlight is the strong breakout of SBT shares. At the end of the 2024-2025 fiscal year, SBT shares recorded an increase of more than 80% compared to the beginning of the fiscal year, closing at 19,750 VND/share. During the trading months of the new fiscal year, the shares continued to maintain their growth momentum, reaching an 8-year peak of 26,750 VND on October 10, 2025, an increase of nearly 130% compared to the beginning of 2025.

Market capitalization is currently close to VND22,000 billion with liquidity maintained at over 2 million shares/session. This positive development shows strong investor confidence in AgriS's growth strategy and management capacity. Especially in the context of the Vietnamese stock market being upgraded to Secondary Emerging Market by FTSE Russell.

Promoting the application of high technology and AI in sustainable agricultural development

Mr. Thai Van Chuyen, General Director of AgriS, said that the development direction for the period 2025-2030 is based on three pillars: Expanding scale, dataizing the value chain, and globalizing the agricultural ecosystem. By 2030, AgriS aims to achieve revenue of VND 60,000 billion, market capitalization of USD 2.7 billion, consumption output of 1.7 million tons of sugar, and expanding its presence in the Asia- Pacific region, with key markets including Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, Singapore, Australia and Indonesia.

Along with expanding its operations, AgriS will also promote the application of AI, Blockchain and Big Data throughout the entire agricultural value chain to improve efficiency and international competitiveness. At the same time, AgriS focuses on restructuring its investment portfolio, promoting IPOs in key business segments such as agriculture, manufacturing, distribution and technology, to strengthen its financial capacity and expand cross-border cooperation.
