According to a 2024 market study, Vietnamese consumers view AI very positively – “intelligent”, “human-friendly” and “the latest technology”. Three-quarters of Vietnamese users surveyed believe that AI will bring personalized experiences and superior efficiency.

Samsung has analyzed these expectations and integrated AI into its home appliances so that users can use AI products more comfortably and closely, following the motto: AI is for everyone and home appliances need to be intuitive and easy to use. Therefore, the screens built into home appliances allow them to control all connected devices with just a touch or voice in a natural context, opening up new possibilities.

AI devices understand users better and provide customized experiences that fit their lifestyle; from AI in refrigerators that can detect ingredients and suggest recipes, to AI in washing machines that can recognize dirt levels and fabric types to provide the optimal wash cycle.

All these greatly reduce human work, free users from troubles, bring more comfort and joy to life.

On this occasion, Samsung introduced to the market its home appliance product portfolio in 2025 under the name Bespoke AI. Products integrated with AI include refrigerators, washing machines, dishwashers, wardrobes, cookers, robot vacuum cleaners, etc.
