Korean cuisine at the first World Cultural Festival in Hanoi

Kimbap and Bibimbap are two typical and very popular rice dishes of Korean cuisine. Kimbap is seaweed rice rolls with a variety of fillings, while Bibimbap is rice mixed with vegetables, meat and eggs.

Kimbap (김밥)

Vietnamese:Korean dish of rice mixed with sesame oil and salt, rolled with vegetables, eggs, meat or fish in seaweed sheets, then cut into small slices. This dish is convenient for a quick lunch or picnic.

Bibimbap (비빔밥)

Vietnamese:Rice mixed with many kinds of vegetables, meat, eggs and Gochujang chili sauce, with harmonious flavor, colorful and nutritious, is one of the typical dishes of Korean cuisine .
