Warmth of humanity in Vu Lan season

Every full moon of the 7th lunar month, many organizations, individuals and volunteer groups give gifts and share love with the needy. This year, many meaningful activities take place everywhere, continuing to bring a warm Vu Lan season filled with human love to the land of Tay Do.

The Front Committee of Area 6, Tan An Ward, carried out "Meal of Love" and gave 400 portions of sweet soup (photo) to people at the Regional Cultural House on the 14th day of the 7th lunar month. On the 15th day of the 7th lunar month, the Front Committee of Area 6 coordinated with the Women's Union of the area to give 260 gifts (rice and necessities), worth 52 million VND to support people in difficult circumstances. The expenses for the activities were supported and contributed by benefactors.

People in Group 9, Area 4, An Binh Ward (Alley 170, Hoang Quoc Viet Street) contributed labor and expenses to make 2,000 vegetarian sandwiches to give to patients and caregivers at hospitals in Can Tho City.

The Big Hands Joining Charity Club carried out the program "Warm Vu Lan Season" by giving 50 gifts to people in difficult circumstances, and invited the Le Vung Barbershop group to give free haircuts to people in alley 50, Tran Hoang Na street, Tan An ward.
