Upon learning about Ms. Tran Thanh Binh's career, we discovered that for the past 12 years, since entering the profession, with the dedication of a preschool teacher, Ms. Binh has always proactively innovated teaching methods, focusing on a child-centered approach, creating a warm, lively learning environment, and helping children develop comprehensively. Not only does she teach effectively, but she also excels in her role as head of the professional group, actively guiding and sharing experiences with colleagues, and participating in thematic activities and initiatives within the local competition cluster.

Her sense of responsibility, eagerness to learn, and professional competence have been recognized through many outstanding achievements: Second Prize in the Hanoi City Excellent Teacher competition in 2019; and for many consecutive years, she has received the titles of "Advanced Worker" and "Emulation Soldier". Alongside her teaching work, with a proactive and inquisitive spirit, Ms. Binh actively participates in short-term training courses to improve her skills, and at the same time, successfully completes her studies at the intermediate-level political theory course (Le Hong Phong Cadre Training School) with high results.

Not only is she a passionate teacher, but in all aspects of her work and school activities, Ms. Binh always clearly demonstrates the role of a responsible and exemplary young cadre and Party member. As the Secretary of the Youth Union Branch, she is always dynamic and creative, organizing many practical activities that contribute to building a united and friendly educational environment and fostering the youthful energy of the school. Thanks in part to her contributions, the Youth Union Branch of Thinh Liet Kindergarten has achieved outstanding results in youth union activities and youth movements for many consecutive years. In 2025, Ms. Tran Thanh Binh was awarded by the Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hoang Mai Ward for her significant contributions to youth union work and youth movements.

As a Party member, over the years, teacher Tran Thanh Binh has consistently upheld a pioneering and exemplary spirit in fulfilling her duties. In 2024, she was commended by the Thinh Liet Ward Party Committee as an outstanding Party member. She also won first prize in the 4th Political Commentary Competition on Protecting the Party's Ideological Foundation (2024) at the Hoang Mai District level (radio category).
