In the journey of building and developing their homeland, grassroots officials and Party members always play a core role, acting as a "bridge" to bring the Party's guidelines and policies, and the State's laws and regulations into life. In Long Thoi hamlet, Phuoc Ly commune, Mr. Le Phuoc Vu - Secretary of the hamlet's Party branch, is one of the outstanding examples.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Tuyen, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Phuoc Ly Commune, presented a certificate of commendation to Mr. Le Phuoc Vu for outstanding performance of his duties.

Mr. Vu shared that in September 2011, he began working in Long Thoi hamlet as the Deputy Head of the hamlet. From the very beginning of his assignment, he clearly understood the responsibility of a grassroots official: to be close to the people, listen to their concerns, and promptly resolve issues arising from practical situations.

Having held various positions such as Head of the Front Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Party Branch, and Secretary of the Party Branch of the hamlet, concurrently serving as Head of the Security and Order Protection Team at the grassroots level, he has always demonstrated a high sense of responsibility and dedication to his work. For him, each assigned task is not only a responsibility but also an opportunity to contribute and serve the people.

In Party building work, Mr. Vu focused on innovating the content and improving the quality of Party branch meetings. He promoted democracy within the Party, encouraging Party members to frankly contribute their opinions, thereby enhancing the fighting capacity of grassroots Party organizations. In particular, he always emphasized the exemplary role of leaders.

The Party branch's policies and resolutions did not remain on paper but were concretized through practical actions. From mobilizing the people to participate in environmental protection and maintaining security and order to building a cultural life in the residential area, he directly participated and took the lead in implementation.

Furthermore, in the field of maintaining security and order, Mr. Vu regularly participates with local security forces and the commune police in patrolling and managing the area, keeping a close watch on the population situation. Thanks to this proactive approach, many incidents have been detected and handled promptly, preventing the formation of "hot spots".

In addition, he coordinated with the hamlet committee to mobilize the people to donate land and contribute labor to build roads, beautify the landscape, and protect the environment. Many inter-hamlet and inter-village roads have been concreted, creating a clean and beautiful appearance for Long Thoi hamlet. For households in difficult circumstances, he coordinated with the hamlet committee and various departments and organizations to mobilize support for building charitable houses, creating conditions for loans to develop production, and gradually stabilizing their lives.

What is admirable about Mr. Vu is not only his work capacity but also the qualities of an exemplary Party member. He lives simply, is approachable, and sincere with everyone. In both his work and life, he always puts the collective interest first, readily taking on difficult and new tasks, without fear of confrontation. It is this dedication, responsibility, and credibility that has earned him the trust of the Party committee, the government, and the local people.

For five consecutive years, Mr. Le Phuoc Vu has been evaluated as having excellently completed his duties. Mr. Le Phuoc Vu is a typical example of a grassroots cadre and Party member in the current period – always "matching words with actions," being deeply involved in practical matters, and wholeheartedly serving the people.
