Over the past period, Hon Dat commune has promptly and fully implemented policies and regulations, creating favorable conditions for ethnic minority cadres, civil servants, and public employees to work with peace of mind.
The team of officials and civil servants from ethnic minority groups possess good political and moral qualities, strictly adhere to the Party's guidelines and the State's policies and laws, and demonstrate a sense of responsibility in their work, contributing effectively to the socio-economic development and maintenance of national defense and security in the locality.

Mr. Le Thanh Dung, Standing Member and Head of the Ethnic Affairs Committee of the An Giang Provincial People's Council, delivered the concluding remarks at the working session.
Concluding the working session, Standing Committee Member and Head of the Ethnic Affairs Committee of the An Giang Provincial People's Council, Le Thanh Dung, requested the locality to review its planning work and create a pool of ethnic minority cadres; pay attention to young cadres and female cadres from ethnic minorities; and proactively coordinate with relevant sectors to attract human resources to serve the locality.
The Head of the Ethnic Affairs Committee of the Provincial People's Council requested that localities strengthen training and professional development to improve the professional skills, political theory, information technology application skills, and digital transformation skills of officials, civil servants, and public employees, especially those from ethnic minority groups, in order to meet the requirements of tasks in the new situation.
