According to the hypothetical scenario, at approximately 3 PM, a fire broke out in the company's office area due to an electrical short circuit. Because the main combustible materials were paper, electrical equipment, computers, and plastic materials, the fire spread rapidly, generating a large amount of smoke and heat, covering an area of about 50 square meters. At the time of the incident, the fire alarm system was undergoing maintenance, resulting in a delay in detecting the fire and trapping two people inside due to smoke inhalation.

The Chau Phu District Fire and Rescue Team ( An Giang Provincial Police) coordinated with other functional units to conduct a fire fighting drill.

Upon detecting the incident, the on-site fire fighting force quickly implemented the "four on-the-spot" principle, cutting off power to the affected area, sounding the alarm to allow employees to evacuate, and notifying the Fire and Rescue Police, My Duc Commune Police, and Chau Phu Health Center for assistance.

Simultaneously, emergency response teams promptly guided people to safety, organized rescue efforts for those trapped, and moved property out of the dangerous area; they also used portable fire extinguishers and wall-mounted fire suppression systems to control the initial blaze.

The team practiced the method of transporting supplies outside.

Upon receiving the report, the Chau Phu area Fire and Rescue Team dispatched specialized forces and equipment to the scene, deploying firefighting and rescue teams. Authorities coordinated to safely evacuate the victims, provide initial first aid, and simultaneously spray water to cool the area, prevent the fire from spreading to neighboring areas, and ensure security and order at the training site.

Through this training, we aim to enhance command capabilities and coordination among forces in firefighting and rescue operations. It also improves awareness and skills in handling fire and explosion situations among staff, employees, and businesses, minimizing damage to people and property in the event of an incident.
