The key to happiness, primarily the keyword SPIRE, is an initiative that creates TH School's "happy school," encompassing mental health (Spiritual), physical health (Physical), intellectual health (Intellectual), relationships (Relational), and emotions (Emotional). This holistic approach helps every teacher and staff member in the school feel happy, thereby spreading positive energy to every student.

It's about embracing chaos, viewing every aspect of life as an opportunity for educators to create happy spaces wherever students are present (The Origin of the Happy Classroom, Learning to Collaborate from… Arguments) . It's about starting a lesson with an "emotional check-in" for each teacher (Education with All Your Heart) , a sharing from the experience of Associate Professor Ngo Tuyet Mai, who received the Outstanding Lecturer Award from the President of Flinders University (Australia).
