General Secretary To Lam and Politburo member Tran Cam Tu, Standing Committee member of the Party Central Committee, and Chairman of the Central Inspection Committee, presented the A prize to the authors and representatives of the author groups.

Comrade Nguyen Hoa Binh, Member of the Political Bureau, Standing Deputy Prime Minister, and Comrade Le Minh Hung, Member of the Political Bureau, Secretary of the Central Committee of the Party, Head of the Central Organization Department, presented the B prize to the authors and representatives of the author groups.

Comrade Nguyen Xuan Thang, Member of the Political Bureau, Director of the Ho Chi Minh National Political Academy, Chairman of the Central Theoretical Council, and Comrade General Luong Tam Quang, Member of the Political Bureau, Minister of Public Security, presented the Special Prize to the authors and representatives of the author groups.
