Inspired by the theme “Strive for Clarity”, Audi introduces a minimalist yet emotional aesthetic approach that promises to shape the design language for all future models. The launch of the Audi Concept C in one of the world's largest design capitals further affirms the desire to create timeless and distinctive values in the context of fierce competition in the global automobile industry.
According to Creative Director Massimo Frascella, the core of the new philosophy is “radical simplicity”. Audi wants to eliminate superfluous details in order to aim for absolute simplicity, bringing a clearer and more focused experience to the user. This applies not only to the exterior but also to the interior, where advanced technologies and materials are used precisely to optimize the value provided. Frascella believes that a dream car should transcend reason, evoke emotions and become a cultural icon, not just a means of transportation. The Audi Concept C is the first concrete example of this new vision. The concept car is defined by a vertical body, inspired by the historic Auto Union Type C racing icon. The vertical lines create a strong, decisive impression, while maintaining harmony through radical minimalism. The interior is designed to eliminate distractions, displaying only the right information at the right time through intelligent technology. This is how Audi redefines luxury: not in sophistication, but in purity and precision.
Audi CEO Gernot Döllner said that clarity will be the guiding principle for the brand in its next phase. By presenting a concept car in Milan, Audi is not only introducing a concept car, but also launching a comprehensive restructuring of its products, processes and organizational structure, aiming at an electrified, digital and sustainable future. With a history of more than 125 years of development, Audi is present in more than 100 markets with 13 factories worldwide, owning many high-end brands such as Lamborghini, Ducati or Bentley. In 2024, the company delivered about 1.7 million vehicles to customers, continuing to affirm its position as one of the world's leading automobile manufacturers. In Vietnam, sedan lines such as A4, A6, A8L, SUV models from Q2 to Q8 and a series of e-tron electric vehicles are being officially distributed, serving the diverse needs of users.
The unveiling of the Audi Concept C is more than just a concept car, it is a statement about the brand’s future direction. With a combination of minimalist design philosophy, advanced technology and a commitment to electrification. Audi aims to create cars that not only conquer customers with performance and luxury, but also with the ability to inspire and affirm cultural imprints in a new era.
