The exhibition space themed "Mysterious Oceans" at the Oceanographic Museum (Institute of Oceanography, under the Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology) offers visitors a journey of ocean exploration from the surface to a depth of 6,000m.
The exhibition area is located at the Oceanographic Museum, on Hon Chong hill (North Nha Trang ward), with a unique design divided according to the depths of the ocean, from the sea surface to a depth of 6,000m.
Visitors can experience the distinct differences in lighting conditions and water pressure at each level.
The exhibition is divided into three main areas: the illuminated level recreating the "tropical jungle" of the ocean with its skilled hunters; the twilight and eternal darkness level exploring the bio-light dance and the phenomenon of "sea snow"; and the endless abyss level - the kingdom of eternal darkness, cold, and extreme pressure.
Representatives from the Institute of Oceanography stated that this exhibition space marks a new step forward in disseminating knowledge about the ocean to the public. Each floor is a piece of the puzzle that creates the mystery of the ocean, encouraging visitors to explore and thereby raising everyone's sense of responsibility towards the blue ocean.
The exhibition area will also be open to visitors free of charge until September 15th.

Visiting the exhibition area for the first time, Dinh Hoang Kien Quan, a student from Nguyen Van Troi High School (Nha Trang ward), said that the activities of the Oceanographic Museum are fascinating to many young people, especially those passionate about science .
"Coming here, I've realized just how amazing the world of marine life is in the depths of the ocean. I think this is an ideal place for students to both have fun and learn," Quân shared.
