Avocado Farm, a tourist destination in Quang Loi village, Quang Lap commune, Don Duong district, has recently been recognized by the Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee. Its main product is agro-tourism, managed and operated by Avocado Farm Co., Ltd.

Avocado Farm operates as a farmstay on nearly 2 hectares, growing many special and specialty fruits such as various types of avocados, guavas, custard apples, bananas, tree tomatoes, cherries, golden star apples, raspberries, etc.; but it is named Avocado because it is a familiar and staple fruit in Quang Lap commune. The owner of Avocado Farm is Mr. Phan Thanh Nhan, who worked in information technology in Ho Chi Minh City for 15 years. He wanted to live a fulfilling life while contributing to the development of his hometown, so he returned to invest in and build a farmstay in his hometown.

Located just over 4 km from National Highway 27 and Thanh My town (Don Duong district), Avocado Farm boasts an open space with a range of experiential activities, allowing visitors to learn about fruit-bearing trees, care for and harvest green vegetables and herbs cultivated using circular farming methods; a 360-degree cafe; and natural landscape features, fruit and vegetable gardens; as well as roses and many other flowers planted as hedges and miniature landscapes… contributing to a unique tourism resource in this peaceful and picturesque countryside.

In particular, the avocado tree is the highlight and defining feature of the farm, with its OCOP-certified avocados celebrated throughout the farm. The yellow color of the avocado flesh is displayed on the walls of the houses with a list of 10 health benefits of avocados, the brown color of the avocado seeds on the wooden houses, and the green color of the avocado peels on the bungalows… Many areas of the farmstay are further decorated with slogans carrying meaningful messages in a very cheerful style…
