Authorities are focusing on strictly controlling the flow of goods within the commune, concentrating on the Ba Chẽ market area, the commune center, the Nam Sơn Industrial Cluster, provincial roads 330 and 329; and establishments and households engaged in the production, business, and food services within the commune. The authorities have intensified propaganda and dissemination of laws and organized the signing of commitments with food businesses, restaurants, eateries, street food stalls, and transport vehicle owners in the area regarding strict compliance with legal regulations in the production, processing, and trading of food. Early May 2026, The Ba Chẽ commune food safety inspection team conducted on-site inspections at food service establishments in the commune. The inspection team focused on reviewing food safety conditions at the establishment, such as: Food safety certificates; health certificates and food safety knowledge certifications for the owner and those directly involved in food processing; origin of food ingredients; hygiene conditions of food processing and storage areas; use of food additives; food processing procedures, food sample retention, and hygiene of utensils and equipment used in food service...
Thanks to numerous decisive and coordinated solutions, food safety assurance in Ba Chẽ district has achieved significant results. There have been no major food poisoning incidents in the commune, and food producers and businesses have strictly complied with food safety regulations.
