HNP - On the afternoon of September 22, the Hai Ba Trung Ward Party Committee held a conference to announce the decision to establish the Trade Union and personnel work of Hai Ba Trung Ward.

At the conference, Head of the Party Building Committee - Hai Ba Trung Ward Party Committee Vu Thanh Loan announced the decisions of the Standing Committee of the Hanoi City Labor Federation (HLF) on the establishment of the ward Trade Union, appointment of the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Inspection Committee and positions of the Hai Ba Trung Ward Trade Union.

Accordingly, the Standing Committee of the City Labor Federation decided to establish the Hai Ba Trung Ward Trade Union under the Hanoi City Labor Federation, and at the same time, appointed the Ward Trade Union Executive Committee consisting of 12 members, in which Ms. Tran Luu Quynh holds the position of Chairwoman of the Hai Ba Trung Ward Trade Union.

Also at the conference, the Head of the Party Building Committee - Hai Ba Trung Ward Party Committee announced the Decision of the Standing Committee of the Hanoi Party Committee appointing Ms. Le Thi Diep - Deputy Head of the Party Building Committee - Hai Ba Trung Ward Party Committee and Ms. Vo Thi Mai Anh - Vice President of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Hai Ba Trung Ward to participate as members of the Executive Committee of the Hai Ba Trung Ward Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.

Speaking at the conference, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Hai Ba Trung Ward Party Committee Nguyen Xuan Diep affirmed that the establishment of the Ward Trade Union is not only an inevitable requirement in the process of building and perfecting the local Trade Union organization but also an important foundation to improve the material and spiritual life of cadres, civil servants and workers.

The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Ward Party Committee hopes that the Chairman of the Trade Union and members of the Executive Committee of the Ward Trade Union will continue to make efforts, continue to promote the spirit of solidarity, proactively innovate the content and methods of operation, practically care for the interests of union members; closely coordinate with the Ward Fatherland Front and other organizations to successfully complete assigned political tasks. At the same time, promote patriotic emulation movements, build a strong and comprehensive Ward Trade Union organization, truly a reliable support for union members and workers; thereby actively contributing to the work of building a clean and strong Party Committee and ward government.

On behalf of the Ward Trade Union Executive Committee, speaking at the acceptance of the assignment, Chairman of Hai Ba Trung Ward Trade Union Tran Luu Quynh expressed his honor and affirmed that he and the Executive Committee will make every effort, promote the spirit of responsibility and creativity in organizing activities, take care of the lives of union members and workers, and build the Ward Trade Union to develop more and more; be an active member of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the ward, advise the Party Committee, closely coordinate with the authorities and socio-political organizations of the ward to effectively implement movements and activities of the Trade Union; take care of the material and spiritual life of union members in accordance with the regulations and Charter of the Vietnam Trade Union, constantly study and practice to improve qualifications, mettle and skills to meet the requirements of assigned tasks, contributing to the successful implementation of local development goals.
