Promoting the strength of the political system, Ung Hoa aims for the goal of "green, smart, happy"

HNP - On September 23, the Party Committee of Ung Hoa commune held a conference to disseminate and implement the Resolution of the 1st Party Congress of the commune, term 2025-2030 and Directive No. 50-CT/TW dated July 23, 2025 of the Secretariat on continuing to innovate and improve the quality of Party cell activities in the new situation. This is an important political event, providing comprehensive orientation for the process of Party building and socio-economic development of the locality in the coming period.

According to the Resolution of the 1st Commune Party Congress, the overarching goal of the 2025-2030 term is to build Ung Hoa "prosperous, unique, green, smart, happy people". To realize the goal, the Resolution sets out 5 key tasks, 3 breakthroughs, 15 main targets and 6 major work programs in various fields. In particular, the work of building a clean and strong Party and political system is considered the foundation; socio-economic development associated with preserving cultural and historical values ​​is the pillar; education and training, focusing on people as the center is the driving force; digital transformation and administrative reform are the methods; land management and infrastructure construction are identified as key tasks; national defense and security continue to be a prerequisite to ensure sustainable development.

The conference also focused on thoroughly grasping Directive No. 50-CT/TW of the Secretariat, which is a key directive in innovating the Party's leadership methods, emphasizing the need to improve the quality of Party committee and cell activities - the place to concretize the Party's policies and resolutions. Each meeting must be substantive, linked to political tasks, encourage debate, propose solutions and avoid formalities and routines.

Speaking at the conference, Party Secretary and Chairman of the People's Council of Ung Hoa commune Nguyen Tien Thiet affirmed that the implementation of the Congress Resolution and Directive 50 is of special importance, serving as a "compass" in the work of building the Party and the political system, while opening up a comprehensive development orientation for Ung Hoa commune in the period of 2025-2030 and the following years.

The Chairman of the People's Council of Ung Hoa commune also informed the initial results after more than two months of operating the two-level local government model. The commune Party Committee currently has 97 affiliated Party organizations with more than 2,400 Party members; the Party organization, government, Fatherland Front and mass organizations have been gradually improved in the direction of streamlining and effective operation. In just a short time, the Commune Party Committee has issued more than 600 leadership and direction documents, of which 4 thematic resolutions on digital transformation, administrative reform, land management and site clearance stand out. In particular, the implementation of 4 Party administrative procedures in the electronic environment has created a breakthrough, with the rate of electronic Party fee collection reaching over 90% and 100% of Party members registering accounts on the National Public Service Portal.

Along with that, the People's Council promptly passed many important resolutions related to socio -economic development, budget, public investment, and at the same time strengthened supervision of project progress and site clearance work. The People's Committee of the commune built working regulations, focused on improving operational efficiency, prioritized programs to promote growth and ensure national defense and security.

In the economic field, the commune's growth rate in 2025 is expected to reach 8.1% compared to 2024. Agriculture continues to be the mainstay with the winter-spring crop area reaching 108.7% of the plan; many models of high-quality, organic rice production have been replicated; livestock, poultry and aquaculture have remained stable. Administrative reform has also recorded positive changes. As of September 22, 2025, the commune has processed more than 4,100 procedural records, 100% on time; the rate of online records reached 85.57%, and the people's satisfaction index is among the highest in the city.

Assessing the results achieved, Party Secretary and Chairman of the People's Council of Ung Hoa commune Nguyen Tien Thiet emphasized that this is an important premise for Ung Hoa to continue to move forward steadily on the new journey. However, the starting point is still low while the development target is high, requiring consensus and determination of the entire political system and people. He called on Party committees, Party cells, cadres and Party members to promote a sense of responsibility, innovate activities, improve the quality of propaganda, link the implementation of the resolution with specific programs, plans and projects, and strengthen inspection and supervision to ensure effectiveness.
