Que Vo II Industrial Park - Phase 2 covers an area of over 277.6 hectares in Phu Lang commune with a total investment of nearly 3 trillion VND. On May 4, 2021, the Prime Minister issued Decision No. 640/QD-TTg approving the investment policy for the development of infrastructure in this industrial park. Since then, the enterprise has actively coordinated with local authorities and relevant agencies to complete land and construction procedures. To date, more than 100 hectares have been cleared and granted construction permits by the Department of Construction. In the coming time, the enterprise will focus all resources on accelerating infrastructure construction to be able to hand over land to secondary investors in June 2026.
| Bac Ninh proactively assigned clear responsibilities to each relevant department, agency, and unit. Before the project officially commenced, a meticulous and lengthy preparation process was undertaken to fully meet the requirements regarding land, environment, fire safety, construction, etc. In particular, land clearance was carried out cautiously, openly, and transparently, creating high consensus among the people. |
According to Mr. Tran Trong Phuc, Deputy General Director of Nhan Dat Tien Limited Company, the project boasts a favorable location, situated right on National Highway 18, directly connecting to the vital expressway network such as Noi Bai - Ha Long - Mong Cai; Hanoi - Lang Son; and Hanoi - Hai Phong. The industrial park is 10 km from Gia Binh International Airport, 60 km from Noi Bai International Airport, and conveniently located near Hai Phong Port and Cai Lan Port. These conditions create an optimal logistics network, helping businesses save costs when producing and operating within the industrial park. Furthermore, the company is investing in and developing the industrial park according to a modern, green, and sustainable model, conforming to international standards, ready to welcome investors in high-tech, clean, and smart manufacturing industries.
Expressing her joy at the prospect of a factory and industrial zone in her village, Ms. Hoang Thi Nhu, from Ve Xa hamlet, Phu Lang commune, shared: “When we learned that the government was reclaiming our farmland to build an industrial zone, we were very excited, hoping that our lives would become more prosperous. My family has agreed to accept compensation for over 4 acres of farmland, hoping that the project will be completed soon, creating more jobs for our children in the area. At that time, villagers will also have the opportunity to build guesthouses and engage in small businesses to increase their income.”
