According to the Department of Agriculture and Environment, previously, due to the influence of storm No. 10, in recent days, heavy rains in the province have caused the soil to become saturated with water, leading to a number of dike incidents on the dike routes. For example, on October 1, 2025, at K7+200 on the left dike of Cau (Hop Thinh commune), at K37+600 on the right dike of Cau (Yen Trung commune), there was a dike slope collapse and efflorescence incident. The local authorities mobilized forces, materials and means to immediately handle the incidents.
