Doctor makes Japanese patient insist on going to Vietnam for surgery

In May 2022, a Japanese male tourist while traveling in Quang Ninh had an unexpected accident and suffered a dislocated shoulder with extensive Bankart bone injury and complex fracture of the greater tubercle.
