Dong Nai: Strengthening forces, actively supporting people to receive gifts on Independence Day September 2

(DN) - Immediately after the Prime Minister issued Official Dispatch No. 149/CD-TTg on giving gifts to people on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2, communes and wards in Dong Nai province increased the mobilization of forces to work during the holidays to promptly support people to receive Independence Day gifts.

Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Phu Hoa Commune, Dong Nai Province Nguyen Van Vien shared: Right from the morning of August 31, the commune government mobilized all cadres, specialists, police forces... of the commune to promptly support local people to receive Independence Day gifts from the Government in accordance with regulations and procedures. The commune directed the forces to work overtime in the evening until 9:00 p.m. to support people to receive Independence Day gifts early.

Similarly, Xuan Hoa commune, Dong Nai province mobilized all cadres, civil servants and the commune police force... to work throughout the holiday to support people receiving Independence Day gifts from the Government. In addition, the commune also strengthened technological support solutions, supporting people to perform operations to link social security accounts on the VNeID application...

According to the leader of Xuan Hoa commune, for those who have linked their social security accounts on VNeID but have not received gifts, people can directly contact the gift distribution points in each hamlet for support.

Vice Chairman of Xuan Hoa Commune People's Committee Nguyen Duc Tien shared: "The commune has mobilized forces to work all night to ensure data updates, supporting local people to receive money safely. Applying technology on VNeID not only helps save time, but is also a commitment of the local government to a transparent, modern administration, always ready to serve."

Previously, Deputy Director of the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) Region 2 Branch Nguyen Duc Lenh said: Credit institutions, especially the Agribank system with branches and transaction offices in communes in Dong Nai province, will coordinate with the State Treasury to promptly meet the cash needs of local authorities, especially in mountainous, rural and remote areas of the province to promptly give the Government's Independence Day gifts to people on the occasion of the holiday.
