On September 1, the Military Command of Ha Tinh province handed over 138 two-wheeled motorbikes to the military command at the commune and ward levels in the whole province. This is part of the plan to equip more than 6,000 motorbikes for grassroots military forces nationwide, in order to improve mobility and meet the requirements of military and defense tasks in the new situation.

The organizing committee provides vehicles, helmets, and accompanying materials to the military command at the commune and ward levels.

After receiving fuel from the organizing committee, military command officers of communes and wards started the vehicles.

Implementing the direction of the Central Military Commission and the Ministry of National Defense from July 2025, the General Department of Logistics and Technology has deployed a plan to purchase and equip more than 6,000 motorbikes for military commands at commune and ward levels across the country. Ha Tinh province alone was granted and distributed 138 Honda Wave Alpha brand 2-wheeled motorbikes (2 motorbikes per commune and ward).

Immediately after receiving the vehicle, the Military Command of Ha Tinh province coordinated with specialized agencies to affix stamps, labels, and logos specific to the Militia and Self-Defense Force, and at the same time checked the safety of the equipment and machinery systems, completed the registration of military license plates, and vehicle registration certificates in accordance with regulations.

Officers and specialized staff of the vehicle and machinery sector of the Ha Tinh Provincial Military Command check the vehicle safety system, affix labels and special logos of the Militia and Self-Defense Force before handing over.

At the vehicle handover ceremony, the specialized agency of the Military Command of Ha Tinh province thoroughly instructed on how to use the vehicle and required the units after receiving the vehicle to manage, exploit it effectively, use it for the right purpose, ensure safety, save money and truly consider it a valuable asset and vehicle that needs to be protected and preserved, contributing to effectively and qualitatively serving the local defense and military tasks.
