In some deeply flooded areas of Hoi An and Dien Ban wards, Lieutenant General Le Ngoc Hai visited the people's living conditions; at the same time, he requested the City Military Command to closely coordinate with the forces, organize 24/7 standing troops at key points; deploy mobile rescue vehicles, be ready to promptly evacuate and support people when requested.

Lieutenant General Le Ngoc Hai emphasized that the highest goal of flood response must be to ensure the safety of people's lives and property. Main units and militia and self-defense forces need to stay close to the area, maintain smooth communication, and check areas at risk of landslides or prolonged deep flooding.

Officers and soldiers of the city's armed forces must uphold their sense of responsibility, overcome difficulties, and become a support for people to confidently overcome floods.
