Long Bien, Phuc Loi, Viet Hung and Bo De wards simultaneously launched National Day gift giving

Since 1pm today (August 31), many people in the wards have received gifts of 100,000 VND from the State on the occasion of National Day, September 2.

On August 31, the People's Committees of Long Bien, Phuc Loi, Viet Hung, and Bo De wards simultaneously implemented a plan to give gifts to people on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

The Chairmen of the People's Committees of the wards have signed and issued the implementation plan, and at the same time met with departments and residential groups to organize the implementation.

In Long Bien Ward, the Ward People's Committee has decided to mobilize dozens of police officers, soldiers, Party cell secretaries, heads of residential groups, union members and youth to carry out the task of giving gifts to people in 37 residential groups. At each gift distribution point, the ward sets up 3 rings including ensuring security and looking after people's vehicles; guiding people to declare and give gifts.

People have started coming to the locations to receive gifts since 1:00 p.m. on August 31. The ward strives to complete this work by September 1, 2025.

In Bo De ward, the payment was organized at 10 schools, divided into 5 shifts over two days. Shift 1 started from 7pm to 10pm on August 31. The remaining four shifts on September 1 started at 7am and ended at 10pm the same day.

Phuc Loi Ward has also organized 35 gift distribution points for residents. Instructions for receiving gifts are publicly posted on the Facebook page with a blue tick, requesting each household to nominate a representative who is the head of the household to receive the gifts. In case the head of the household is absent, a power of attorney is required. The Ward also provides specific instructions: before coming to receive gifts, residents should take a screenshot of their VneID, and have their household's residential information ready on their phones. When coming to receive gifts, residents should present the above photo, VNeID level 2 or citizen identification card.

From 1:30 p.m. on August 31, residents of Phuc Loi Ward have begun to complete the procedures to receive gifts at various locations. The Ward strives to complete the gift distribution before 10 p.m. on September 1, 2025.

Phuc Loi Ward People's Committee also said that for people who have integrated social security accounts on VneID, after receiving the list of people who have not received money from the Ward Police, the Department of Culture and Social Affairs will pay gifts through accounts through the State Treasury and banks.

For cases with only temporary residence, only current residence and other cases, the ward will make payments from September 7 to 5:00 p.m. on September 15, 2025.
