In the jubilant atmosphere of the whole country welcoming the new school year, today ………….. school solemnly held the opening ceremony of the new school year, the school year 2024-2025. I am very honored to attend the opening ceremony with teachers and students of the school in today's ceremony.

First of all, on behalf of the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee and Fatherland Front Committee of the commune..., I would like to wish all delegates attending the opening ceremony of the new school year good health and happiness. I wish all teachers and students good health and success in the new school year.

We have just listened to the principal give an opening speech and review the good traditions and teaching and learning results of our teachers and students in the 2023-2024 school year.

I am very excited about the achievements that the staff, teachers and students of the school have strived to complete their tasks well last school year.

School …………….. is one of the units with a long tradition of emulation in good teaching and good learning, with a strong Party cell, active Trade Union and Youth Union organizations. It is a unit with many changes in innovating teaching methods towards activating students' activities, cultural and artistic activities, physical education and sports are maintained regularly and achieve good results.

Regarding the quality ofeducation , the rate of students winning prizes in cultural competitions organized by the Department of Education and Training has clearly changed, the following year is always higher than the previous year: specifically, in the school year: 20.... - 20.... ranked …… school, in the school year 20....- 20.... ranked ……… school. The rate of students passing the class ……… is high, the rate of students ranked as good and excellent in recent years has met and exceeded the assigned plan.

Despite the difficulties, the conditions for educational development are still inadequate. However, with determination and great efforts, in recent years, schools in the commune have achieved good results, with positive changes in all three aspects: scale, quality and educational effectiveness. Contributing to the overall achievements of the education sector, there is an important contribution of the School.................................

Overcoming difficulties, in recent years, the Party and government leaders, departments, sectors, social organizations and parents have paid more attention and created better conditions for the school to carry out its teaching and learning tasks. Facilities and means for educational activities have been significantly improved; the school's pedagogical environment has changed quite fundamentally.

Education is the cause of the entire Party and people. On the occasion of the opening day of the new school year, on behalf of the Party Committee and the commune government, I will perform my leadership role well, pay more attention, create the best conditions, and prioritize the development of the education cause. From there, there will be policies and instructions that are close, specific, and practical to create a stronger change in education work in the locality. Departments, organizations, Party cells, and hamlets need to proactively strengthen coordination and support the education sector, bring the socialization of education into depth, and pay more attention to the lives of teachers, especially those in particularly difficult circumstances.

On the momentum of the 20....-20.... school year's victory, on the threshold of the new school year, with a new competitive spirit, we believe that the teachers and students of the School will achieve even more outstanding achievements in the 20....-20.... school year and the following years.

Once again, in the joy of today's opening day, on behalf of the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune... and myself, I would like to wish all delegates, teachers and students good health, happiness and progress.
