Bamboo Capital Group Joint Stock Company (BCG) has just responded to documents from the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange regarding "delayed information disclosure".

Bamboo Capital Group Joint Stock Company.
Accordingly, the company argues that the delay in releasing the 2025 Annual Report and financial statements for the years 2024, 2025, and 2026 is a chain of interconnected consequences.
Specifically, the company's inability to complete the audited financial statements for 2024 has resulted in a lack of opening balances to prepare financial statements for 2025 and 2026, as well as a lack of data to complete the 2025 annual report.
According to Bamboo Capital Group, this situation stems from primarily objective reasons: the company has experienced significant changes in senior management and the Finance and Accounting department. In particular, the process of transferring a large volume of financial records between periods requires meticulous reconciliation and takes longer than expected;
The company has been undergoing a significant restructuring phase, particularly in the process of resolving bond obligations and restructuring debts. This requires the independent auditing firm to conduct more in-depth and rigorous review procedures to ensure the accuracy and fairness of the financial data;
Many audit-related documents needed to be used in the investigation of a case that occurred at the company. Therefore, the company and the auditing firm did not have access to all the necessary documents for a certain period of time.
