Tuyet's family situation is very difficult, her mother works for hire, her father suffered a stroke. The house the family is living in is made of wood and has seriously degraded. Support for the construction of a solid house helps Tuyet's family feel secure in living, and Tuyet herself can focus on studying better.

In the period of 2022-2025, the District Youth Union - District Pioneer Council mobilized the construction of 5 Charity houses and "Red Scarf" houses for union members and pioneers in difficult circumstances. At the same time, mobilized to support scholarships for 5,750 students, with a total value of more than 725 million VND and many other social security activities.
