In order to develop training programs and content that are economical, effective and suitable to the needs of each group of participants, the Ministry of Industry and Trade has just issued Document No. 1176/BCT-DB on "Survey of training needs to implement and take advantage of Vietnam's Free Trade Agreements (FTAs)".
According to the Ministry of Industry and Trade, this survey aims to implement Document No. 8043/VPCP-QHQT dated October 17, 2023. Deputy Prime Minister Tran Luu Quang directed the Ministry of Industry and Trade to proactively coordinate with relevant agencies to strengthen training and fostering on FTAs for management agencies, localities and enterprises to improve the effectiveness of implementing the agreements.
Therefore, the subjects of this survey include officials working at central-level State management agencies; officials working at local-level State management agencies related to the implementation and enforcement of FTAs; associations and enterprises related to the utilization of FTAs; lecturers, students and researchers interested in FTAs at institutes, universities and colleges.
The Ministry of Industry and Trade also stated that the subjects taking the survey will be provided with information and supported by the Ministry of Industry and Trade to register for training programs suitable to their needs, implemented directly by the Ministry or in coordination with relevant agencies. This survey is built on the Google Form platform with a response time of 3-5 minutes.
Interested agencies, units, organizations and individuals can participate in the survey by directly accessing the Government's FTA Information Portal at: http://fta.gov.vn to download the QR code and take the survey. The survey deadline is March 3, 2024.
