At the conference, delegates listened to Major General Dang Hong Duc, Chief of the Office of the Ministry of Public Security, briefly inform about the case of causing disorder in Dak Lak; Dr. Tran Gia Long, Deputy Director of the Planning Department, Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, inform about the topic: "Developing agriculture, rural economy associated with building new rural areas in the direction of ecological agriculture, modern rural areas and civilized farmers"; Associate Professor, Dr. Pham Van Linh, Vice Chairman of the Central Theoretical Council, inform about the topic: "Building ethical standards for cadres and party members in the new period".

Regarding the disorder in Dak Lak , comrade Phan Xuan Thuy, Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda Department, requested the Propaganda Department, reporters and propagandists at all levels to focus on widely disseminating information at the Conference to promptly and quickly stabilize the ideological situation among cadres, party members and people of all walks of life.

Orienting the propaganda work in the coming time, the Central Propaganda Department requested reporters and propagandists at all levels to continue to effectively propagate the results of the 13th Party Central Committee's mid-term conference; the 5th session of the 15th National Assembly; issues on the socio -economic situation, major events of the Party and State in the coming time. In addition, reporters and propagandists need to actively participate in the fight against false information of hostile forces; focus on propagating the implementation of 3 national target programs: New rural construction; socio -economic development of ethnic minority and mountainous areas; sustainable poverty reduction.
