- On the afternoon of August 27, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department held a conference on typical advanced models for the period 2020 - 2025. Attending the conference were comrade Nguyen Quoc Khanh, member of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department.

Currently, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department has 40 cadres, civil servants and employees. In the period of 2020 - 2025, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department has effectively implemented emulation and reward work, ensuring regular emulation movements, creating motivation and enthusiasm for cadres, civil servants and employees. The work of fostering advanced models is focused on, promptly discovering, praising and replicating advanced models throughout the agency.

The Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department has constantly innovated its leadership methods, closely following the province's political tasks, focusing on advising and effectively implementing all aspects of work. With many outstanding results such as: political and ideological education, propaganda of the Party's resolutions are increasingly innovative in content and form, closely following reality. The work of grasping public opinion and orienting information is implemented promptly, contributing to maintaining political stability and social order and safety in the area. Mass mobilization work has many innovations and creativity, strongly oriented towards the grassroots; the "Skilled Mass Mobilization" movement has spread widely, associated with new rural construction, sustainable poverty reduction, and civilized urban construction, contributing to creating clear changes in the socio-economic development of the province...

In the period of 2025 - 2030, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission will strengthen leadership and direction on emulation and reward work; diversify forms of propaganda, raise awareness among cadres, civil servants and workers about the importance of emulation and reward. Continue to promote and actively respond to emulation movements launched by agencies, the province and the Central Government. Strengthen the role and responsibility of the agency's emulation and reward council, and the agency's initiative council in discovering, fostering and replicating advanced models. Speaking at the conference, the Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission requested that cadres, civil servants and employees of the unit continue to respond to emulation movements closely linked to political tasks, closely following local realities; focusing on innovating content and methods, promoting the exemplary role of cadres and party members; proactively advising and orienting public opinion, creating consensus among the people. At the same time, promote the movements of "Skilled Mass Mobilization", Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style in association with socio -economic development, building new rural areas, civilized urban areas, maintaining national defense - security and social order and safety.
