At the program, the Command of Coast Guard Region 1 promoted the mass mobilization work of the political system, ethnic and religious work, associated with the emulation movement "Skillful mass mobilization" and the political tasks of localities and units; policies and laws on protecting sovereignty, sovereign rights, national jurisdiction, national security in Vietnam's seas, ensuring order, national and ethnic interests, safety and fighting against crimes and law violations at sea. At the same time, leaflets, documents and books on sea and island sovereignty were distributed to the people.

On this occasion, Squadron 102, Coast Guard Region 1 Command presented 40 gifts (each worth 1 million VND) to families of policy beneficiaries and people in difficult circumstances, promptly encouraging students to overcome difficulties and excel in their studies to promote the sense of responsibility and affection of the Vietnam Coast Guard in general and Coast Guard Region 1 Command in particular towards the people, contributing to maintaining economic , cultural and social stability, ensuring national defense and security in the area, creating a spread of the beautiful image of "Uncle Ho's soldiers - Coast Guard soldiers".
